Motapa kam karne k tips
1. Garam pani -: roj morning ๐ me uthkar sabse phle 2 gilas gunguna pani ( halka garam pani) jarur piye. Halke garam pani me sahad milakar pine se bhut jaldi motapa kam hota h.
2. Sidhiya chadhe -: roj sidhiya chade aur utre. Lift ka use kam kre. Isse jald se jald vajan kam hota h.
3. Green tea ๐ต-: roj green tea piye. Isse body clean hoti h. Aur motapa bhi kam hota h.
4. Breakfast ๐ณ☕๐ -: hamesha healty breakfast kare.
5. Junk food ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐๐ -: junk food se duri bnakar rkhe. Isse bhut jaldi motapa ata h. Isliye health food ๐ฅ hi khaye.
6. Sugar -: khane me sugar kam matra me le. Bhut jada sugar hamre body k liye nuksaandaayak hoti h.
7. Excersise -: roj thoda time nikal kar excersise kre. Yoga ๐ง♀️ kre. Khuli hawa me sans le. Isse bhi bajan jaldi kam hoga. Aur ap healthy bane rhege.
8. Mirch -: khane me mirch ka istemaal bhut kam kre. Aur masledar jada greavy wale khne se dur rhe. Ye hmari body k liye bhut nuksaandaayak hota h.
9. Vegetables๐ฅฆ๐ฅ๐ฝ :- khane me hari sabjiyo ko shamil kre aur acha khna khye.
10. Coconut ๐งWater-: nariyal ka pani piye. Isme bhut se khanij paye jate h. Jo hamri body k liye bhut ache hote h. Skin v glow krti h nariyal pani pine se.
