Dosto mere is blog me ap sabka welcome h. 
To aj ham bat krege k kese ham khud ka khyal rakhe, kese ham khud ko achha dikha sake. 

1 dosto aj ki itni busy life M v hame khud k liye thoda waqt nikalna chahiye. Ajkal ki hamari lifestyle matlab jine ka tarika bhut badal chuka h. To hame sabse phle acha dikhne aur  healthy rhne k liye apni lifestyle ko change krna hoga. 

2. Dosto sabse phle ap morning me ho sake to jaldi uthne ki kosis kre. 

3. Morning me jaldi uthkar ap sabse phle halka sa garam pani (hot water) 2 gilas jarur piye. Isse apka pet saf hoga. Ya ap trifala bhi kha sakte h. Ye bhi bhut fayada krta h pet ko saf rkhne me. Aur isse koi nuksan v nhi hota. Kyuki ye ayurvedic hota h.

4. Fir ap kuch der excersise jarur kare. Excersise ap normal kar sakte h. Jese yoga kare pranayam kre, 
Ya fir ap gym v ja sakte h. Excersise K liye kam se kam daily 20 minute ka time jarur nikale. 

5. Ghr M hi ap anulom vilom jarur kare. Isse shudh hawa ( natural air) apki puri body me jati h. Aur blood v shuddh hota h. 

6 . Ap rassi v kud sakte h cycle bhi chla sakte h. 

To dosto moring uthkar apko daily ye kam krne h apne khud k liye thoda time nikalna h. 

1. Ab bari ati h hamare breakfast ki. To ap breakfast me bread ya poha ya upma le sakte h. Breakfast hame halka hi krna chahiye. 

2. Fir hame 2 hour K bad apna lunch krna h. Lunch me ap dal, roti, sabji ,rice , dahi le sakte h. Dosto khane me hmesa dhyan rakhe k ap jada oli wala ya jada tel wala khana na khaye. 
Ye hamari body k liye bhut nuksaandaayak hota h. To hmesa kam tel me bna khana khaye. 

3. Aur khana me hmesa jada tel namak masale ka use na kre. Hmesa kosis kre ki apka khana simple ho. Jitna hamare khana simapl hoga utna hi hame bimari nhi hogi kbhi. Ham healthy rhege.

4. Agar ham daily jada masala tel ya jada namak wala khana khayege to hme blood 💉 pressure , suger ya aur bhi bhut simple bimariya ho jayegi.

5. Aur dosto hmesa dhyaan rkhe k khana khane k bad hmesa turant pani nhi pina chahiye khana khane k adhe ghante bad hi ap pani piye. Iska reason me kal apko batugi kyu.

Aur sabko btaye iske bare me. Isse sabka acha hoga. Sab healthy rhege. Ye sab apni lifestyle bnane se apki skin v glow krne lgegei. Aur ap bimar bhi nhi hoge. Ab aage ka me apko kal btaugi.
