.To dosto jab bhi ham khana khate h to apne mahsus kiya hoga ki hame khana khane k bad nind si ane lagti h. Wo isliye k jab ham khana khate h to hmari body ka jo blood h wo akar ek jagah ho jata h aur khane ko pachane me help krta h. To hme nind mahsus hoti h.
.Aur jab khana khaya hamne to hamre pet me ek aag ( fire 🔥) hoti h jo khana ko jaldi pchane me help karti h.
.Aur agar hamne us time par matlb khana khane k foran bad pani pi liya to wo fire bujh jati h.
.Jisse hamara khana asani se pach nhi pata h.
Aur hamare body ko khana pachane me bhut jada mehnat karni padti h.
.Jisse ki hamre body ka system thik se work nhi krta h aur aage chalkar hame bhut si paresaniyo ka samna krna padta h. Aur hame bhut si bimari hoti h.
.To dosto ap hamesa khana khane k foran bad pani na piye. Khana khane k bad half hour pedal chle. Aur uske bad hi pani piye. Jisse ap healthy rhege. Aur apki body bhi ache se work kregi.
